Connections High School is opening in 2026—and although we are currently fully staffed we’re always interested in talking to passionate, committed educators and support staff with an understanding of student wellbeing and autonomy.

Our Approach
Connections High School provides alternative, flexible education grounded in the principles of Contextual Wellbeing. We support students with additional social and emotional needs through a relationship-first model that emphasises:
- Positive connections between staff, students and families
- Choice, agency and voice in learning
- Reduced stress and enhanced safety in the classroom
- Personalised support and calm, predictable routines
Our goal is to reimagine what school can be, for students who need something different.
