Please complete this form to request an initial family meeting with school staff. The meeting will be between potental student, their carers and Trish and Shamus to explore whether we will be the right fit.

Meetings will be held on weekends and weekday afternoons from 4pm. Please indicate your preference.

Preferred Meeting Time(Required)

Meetings will take place between 9am and 5pm on weekdays and between 4pm and 7pm on weekdays. They will take about 45 minutes.
